When we moved in we inherited a pile of rubbish which had been left in the compound. This rubbish had been left in the way of what will become the approach ramp for the new boat door so needed to be moved. A big trailer and a small team of volunteers sorted and removed the rubbish to the local recycling/rubbish centre.
